This year we are going to be learning lots of new things.
We have been learning all about our senses and how if we have 1 less the other 4 senses work a little bit more to help us in our everyday lives. We had a visit from Mrs Williams to help us learn and understand what it is like to be blind. Mrs Williams brought along her guide dog Uffa, who helps her to get around outside. We found out some very interesting information from her to help us understand a little what it is like to be blind.
Wow we have been busy this term!
Well done Penguins for all the hard work you have been doing.

Spring First Half
This half term we are looking at the story Hansel and Gretel. This week we have been thinking about the gingerbread house. We have made some tasty gingerbread houses this week for other children in school to win in a raffle. Mrs Martin let us keep 1 for class to experience what it must have been like for Hansel and Gretel in the story. We loved it!!!!
